Project Details

The Corner Phase II is a 3.4-acre commercial development in the Westshore Business District of Tampa, FL. Heidt Design directed the design, permitting, and construction of the project infrastructure in support of the three restaurants and two retail bays. The engineering design features an underground vault to provide water quality treatment and attenuation of the stormwater runoff. The site design also involved intricate grading to preserve existing trees and to provide pedestrian access from the adjacent Westshore Boulevard urban corridor.
