Project Details

Harbour Isle is a 686-unit multifamily residential development in the City of Bradenton. Located on the east shore of Anna Maria Sound, Harbour Isle is nicely situated to provide residents with access to Anna Maria Island as well as Bradenton and the greater Tampa Bay area. Heidt Design has provided planning, site design, and landscape architecture services for this unique community.

Harbor Isle Marina (aka One Particular Harbor) is a full-service marina located adjacent to the Harbour Isle community. The project includes a 128-slip high and dry boat barn, 59 wet slips, 131 hotel units, and a 300-seat restaurant. Heidt Design provided planning, site engineering, landscape architecture, and construction observation services for this one-of-a-kind development.
