Project Details

La Collina is a 292-unit single family gated community located in the heart of Brandon. A Community Development District (CDD) was created to construct public infrastructure and community amenities. The amenities include a community clubhouse, resort style pool, playground, two dog parks, and interconnecting trails.

A key component of the project was a public-private partnership with Hillsborough County to construct offsite roadway improvements, including shared stormwater facilities, roadway widening, and utilities.
