Project Details

Mirada is an 1,800-acre master-planned community in central Pasco County, located in the multiple award-winning Connected City. It boasts residential neighborhoods, office and retail entitlements, schools, numerous trails, and accommodations for alternative vehicles in addition to a proposed 15-acre man-made lagoon powered by CRYSTAL LAGOONS® technology. It’s no wonder that Mirada has made its mark as the unequivocal northern anchor of the Connected City.

At the core of the consulting team that brought the Connected City to full fruition, Heidt Design authored the enabling documents that established the blueprint of the Connected City and set the tone for Mirada with its focus on a mix of uses, premium amenities, and the incorporation of gigabit-speed internet to foster innovation and creativity. These elements, along with incorporation of a system of multi-purpose lanes, paths, and trails to enhance mobility through accommodation of alternative vehicles, make Mirada a destination community in Pasco County.
